Start > Run > cmd and type, ipconfig /all in the black window that opens up.
I was able to connect from the laptop wirelessly via the router, but the desktop shows no connection to internet.
the IP Address changes to 0.0.0.0 Now type ipconfig /flushdns and press enter.
